Meadow cannabis retail software being used by cannabis brands at the Hall of Flowers event in Santa Rosa

This week - Hall of Flowers 2023 returns to Santa Rosa!

This annual cannabis industry event takes place May 3-4 in Northern California, and is known for its focus on highlighting innovation in the space and connecting brands with dispensaries. This is THE EVENT for new product and service launches. In addition, the aesthetics of the 2-day event are cohesive and well-designed, making for an immersive and enjoyable experience with plenty of lounging spaces to enjoy the best of California cannabis.

Since 2019, Meadow been involved in every show as the approved Hall of Flowers point of sale partner for large exhibit booths. We make it easy for exhibitors to compliantly make sales, directly from their booth. We’re thrilled to also be back as one of more than 200 brands on the show floor (come say hi to team Meadow in booth B306!)

Shout out to this year's in-booth event retail partner, Bay Care Delivery!

Since 2019, Meadow's full-service event solution has allowed exhibitors to compliantly make sales, directly from their booths, making it simple for buyers to discover new products and skip the main dispensary line.

Here are three reasons to love this quintessentially California cannabis event:

1. INTENTIONAL FOCUS ON LICENSE HOLDERS

We love the way this event centers California cannabis license holders; day 1 specifically cater to California cannabis retailers (expect 1350 buyers representing 1169 delivery and storefront licenses across California!)

This focus on licensed retailers is designed as an intentional space for dispensaries to find new products and services, creating a unique opportunity for retail buyers to discover what’s new across the state, sample cannabis and discover new business collaborators.

2. INNOVATION ON DISPLAY

One of the biggest highlights of the event is the showcase of product innovation. At Hall of Flowers, attendees get to experience many different modalities and form factors that cannabis can take.

Terpene-focused products and new research development are often showcased, offering a glimpse into the future of how different plant parts are presented to the consumer, from beverages to tinctures, topicals to flowers. No one else in the world gets access to such a diversity of products, and we can't wait to see what's new to smoke, sip and savor.

3. COMMUNITY BUILDING

This year we’re excited the event offers new meeting request functionality via the Engage app, allowing exhibitors to schedule meetings and network with buyers. The event has always been a platform for both novice and veterans in the space to connect, share notes, and strategize. Attendees have an opportunity to spend time together in a relaxed, consumption-friendly space to empathize with the challenges of the industry, collaborating and sharing solutions to make it easier for everyone.

It's great to also see new booth options this year catering to Farmers and Small Batch bulk producers. We know how expensive producing events of this magnitude are, and it's great to see more of a range to give smaller operators more access to participate in this beloved event.

On day two, the event opens up beyond retail buyers to include a wider group of industry professionals, offering a greater range of insights into what is happening around the state and country.

We’re looking forward to the first-ever official after-party After Dark by Gelato (free for everyone with a Hall of Flowers wristband after day 1 on the evening of Wednesday, May 3, 2023).
