At Hall of Flowers Ventura, brands didn’t just exhibit—they sold. Meadow powered the in-booth retail revolution
Smiles All Around

This year, Hall of Flowers returned to Ventura—and Meadow was there, continuing our long-running partnership to power in-booth cannabis sales and support the brands shaping the future of the industry. The venue was familiar, but the energy had clearly evolved. For the first time ever, there was no main dispensary. Instead, brands were running their own direct in-booth sales, handing product directly to buyers with zero detours.

It wasn’t just a shift in logistics—it was a shift in power. And Meadow was proud to be at the heart of it, helping our partners own their booths and turn interest into action.

Meadow: Rated the #1 POS by Dispensary Operators

Direct In-Booth Sales Changed the Game

Without the centralized dispensary, everything happened at the booth. Brands could demo, engage, and close the sale—all in the same moment. No tickets. No long lines. Just real-time, real-world retail.

Meadow helped make this possible by powering in-booth sales for:

A New Era of Cannabis Events

Huge thanks to our partners Bay Care Delivery and Flora Terra, who made this all possible by providing the retail licenses needed to keep everything compliant and moving smoothly.

Hall of Flowers Ventura 2025 was a whole new era for cannabis events. No centralized dispensary. Just direct, in-booth sales powered by Meadow. Watch how it all came to life on the show floor.

Self-Sufficient, Because They Can Be

One of the most gratifying moments? Seeing our clients confidently show up, plug in, and start selling with Meadow—no hand-holding required.

From Booth to Bag

Pacific Stone, in partnership with Sublime Delivery, brought their own gear, ran their own menus, and managed everything on-site using our POS software. They didn’t need onboarding. They didn’t need troubleshooting. They just needed Meadow—and it worked.

And they weren’t alone. A few other Meadow-powered brands showed up and did their own thing. It’s a strong signal: when your POS system is actually intuitive and field-tested, brands trust it enough to run live activations solo.

That kind of independence is rare. And it’s exactly what Meadow is built for.

More Sales, Less Friction

Plug In and Start Selling

With Meadow, brands were able to transact at the moment of peak interest—on the spot, no delays. Whether it was handing off a consumer sample or closing a big wholesale order, having a POS system in the booth made all the difference.

Our event-ready POS package is:
  • Preloaded with your product catalog
  • Fully METRC-compliant and ready for real-world regulations
  • Plug in, turn on, and start selling—setup is as smooth as the sale
  • Collect customer contact info—like email and phone number—so you can follow up after the event and keep the conversation going

This is the full Meadow experience—robust, responsive, and ready to scale. It’s designed to handle the fast pace of live events without skipping a beat, giving your team the confidence to stay focused on what matters: connecting with customers and making the most of every moment.

Innovation on Display

Hall of Flowers continues to be a launchpad for bold ideas, clever product design, and standout new releases. This year, innovation came through loud and clear—from function-forward form factors to fresh brand identities built with intention.

Seamless Setup, Smooth Sales

Some standout innovations included:

  • Hush Puppies introduced an odorless cannabis product, offering a discreet consumption option that had the whole floor buzzing.
  • Luigi Oil delivered a hybrid preroll-and-vape pouch, putting two favorite form factors in one sleek, grab-and-go pack.
  • Pretty Dope, a women-owned brand, stood out for both its aesthetics and mission-forward messaging, bringing a fresh voice to the show floor.

On the flower front, Sense (SF-based), Moon Valley, Bosky Genetics, and The Standard all dropped fire. Whether you're looking for candy gas or complex terp profiles, the quality was there.

This kind of innovation—and the creative risk-taking behind it—is what makes Hall of Flowers more than just a cannabis trade show. It’s a preview of where the culture is headed.

Booths That Sold Themselves

The Future of Cannabis Events Is Here

Ditching the central dispensary wasn’t just a format tweak. It was a signal. The future of B2B cannabis events is hands-on, fast, and brand-owned. Buyers don’t want to stand in line. Brands don’t want to be bottlenecked. Everyone wants immediacy, connection, and control.

That’s exactly what Meadow delivers. And this year at HOF Ventura, we saw it working in real time.

Looking Ahead

We’ve been helping brands activate at Hall of Flowers since 2019, and each year we see more creativity, more innovation, and more desire for independence. Whether you're a legacy brand or a new player entering the space, you deserve tools that help you sell with confidence.
